Which address proof i can use?

Applicant has to produce certain documents which are mandatory to process the change of address in driving license. For address proof document applicant has to submit one of these,

• Ration card,Passport,LIC Policy,Voter ID,Telephone Bill,Water Bill,State or central government issued documents like, income proof, caste certificate, pay slips.
• In case of failure in submitting any of the above mentioned documents, applicant needs to submit self-affidavit address proof.

What is process flows for Change of Address in license

• One should submit the driving license original copy or duplicate copy for reference.
